Eligibility for a Refund

1. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
2. The request for a refund must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
3. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for a refund.
4. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Refund Process

1. Contact us at our mail with your order details.
2. Ship the item back to us at Return Address : [87/1 Khayaban-e-Rahat, Karachi 75500, Pakistan]  (return shipping costs may apply).
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund within 7 days.
4. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

• Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for a refund.
• Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
